It was a case of what might have been for Rory McIlroy, as his first event of 2019 ended with him in a tie for 4th place at the Sentry Tournament of Champions. McIlroy, who was in contention going into the final round, could only card a round of 72, eight shots behind eventual winner Xander Schauffele who shot a stunning course-record equalling 62.
